06 / 06Frequently asked

Questions we get on every call.

If yours is not here, ask it on the strategy call. We would rather over-answer than under-promise.

One flat retainer: £2,000 a month, no setup fee, on a three-month minimum and rolling after that. For the fee we ship one new automation every month and look after everything we have already built for you. After the minimum term the price flexes to what you actually run: £500 per live automation, capped at £2,000 a month, so you pay less if you run fewer and never more than the cap. Larger one-off builds, a full custom app or a major data migration, are scoped separately on top. You cover your own third-party tool and API costs, billed at cost.

Our median engagement returns around 4× the retainer inside the first 12 months, usually through time recovered, faster invoicing, and converted leads that previously went cold. We write the success metric into the scope so the answer to 'did it work?' is never up for debate.

A typical workflow automation goes live in 2-4 weeks. Voice agents in 3-5 weeks. Custom apps in 6-12 weeks depending on surface area. We ship in iterations from week two, so you see progress every week, not just at the end.

Yes. Always. Code, workflows, infrastructure, and the runbook all transfer to your team. We can stay on as a managed-support partner if you want us to, but we never lock you in.

Most clients do not. Start with the free 30-minute call: we sit with the people doing the work, map your operation, score the opportunities, and hand you a sequenced roadmap. You keep it whether or not you go ahead. If you do, the first month is Foundation: we lock the core builds in week one and ship from there. No pressure, and nothing tying you in beyond the three-month minimum.

We start from what you have. The whole point of workflow automation is to make your existing tools sing together. Rip-and-replace is a last resort, usually only when a tool is actively haemorrhaging time.
